Teaching in clinical microbiology is included in the medical school curriculum during semester No 5 with lectures, laboratory courses and problem oriented exercises with tutorials.

Clinical microbiology is also included during courses in infectious diseases (sem No 11), internal medicine, pediatrics and also during other courses.
